Tech Connect provides a great opportunity to showcase the rich diversity of Minnesota’s tech ecosystem in a high-definition, fast-paced, interactive virtual conference. Previously MHTA’s Spring Conference, this event typically drew 500-800 attendees to the live event. By making this virtual and free to MnTech members, we expect attendance will be more than 1,000 for this rich digital experience.

Each year the Tekne Awards shine a spotlight on Minnesota’s science and technology community by honoring innovation across numerous industries. The annual Tekne Awards draws our state’s most influential business, educational and government leaders to celebrate Minnesota’s science and technology based economy. The Tekne Awards typically draw 800-1000 attendees to the live event. This year, the Tekne Awards are going virtual, and we anticipate even more to enjoy the rich digital experience.

This annual year-end event features a panel discussion with some of Minnesota’s top CIOs. Each CIO panelist highlights successes and challenges and what factors will be key for them in the New Year. 150-200 business and tech leaders attend this breakfast session.

This active group meets four times per year with an average attendance of 300 women and men per event. Its mission is to promote, educate and empower women in technology across Minnesota. Each event includes a robust networking component.

These intimate forums are held by CIOs and attended by CIOs to network and learn from each other. The CIO Forums offer candid opportunities to share solutions to common challenges and establish best practices. These quarterly events are invitation only, attended by 20+ CIOs and those they are grooming for succession.
