Parking information: There are multiple ramps nearby, including the Midtown Parking Ramp and the Minneapolis Central Library.
Check-in/security procedures: Enter the building at ground level and visit the security desk just inside to receive a guest badge.
An event host will be stationed at the security desk to greet and escort attendees to the second floor, where Bay 2 is located. Guests must be escorted by an Xcel Energy employee at all times while on campus.

The event includes a Q&A session where attendees can ask questions and get advice and insights from industry experts and senior leaders. Additionally, attendees are encouraged to complete an anonymous survey on their experiences as early-stage employees.
