Each summer, the Minnesota Aspirations in Computing (MnAiC) year-round program offers honorees the opportunity to job shadow technologists working for companies in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. The Summer 2024 program occurs between June 17 and August 16 (skipping July 1-5). It can be a one-time offering to one or more students, or offered a second time to accommodate more interested students. Companies can choose between a half-day or full-day experience, Mondays through Fridays.

Click here to learn more about this year’s 73 MnAiC high school honorees who identify as female, genderqueer, or non-binary. Many of the honorees are interested in participating in the job shadow program. The MnTech MnAiC program coordinates and communicates honoree matches, ensuring a high-quality experience for the students and job shadow providers.
