Molly serves as the Vice President of Community and Member Engagement. She has more than 20 years of experience in serving Minnesota technology companies through IT consulting solution sales, operations, and delivery leadership roles. Molly was the leader of a locally owned software quality assurance consulting company for more than 10 years, during which time she was very engaged in the MHTA/MnTech community as a sponsor, a TEKNE award finalist, and an ACE program graduate. Her early career work includes experience in non-profit grant writing and fundraising, as well as experience as a technology educator, and extensive experience as a volunteer community organizer. Molly has a passion to create strong communities of support and career growth for technology professionals, as well as to help drive a stronger technology workforce and ecosystem for Minnesota companies. When not working, Molly enjoys listening to live music, playing golf, kayaking, playing tennis and traveling. She is an avid listener of podcasts and is always learning.
