Amanda Hardy
Membership Director
Amanda is the Membership Director for the Minnesota Technology Association. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Prior to joining the MnTech team, Amanda worked as the Employer Engagement Manager for Summit Academy OIC in which she actively worked to build relationships with employers seeking to grow their talent pipelines. Through her work at Summit Academy OIC, Amanda has been involved with the MnTech community for nearly 3 years. She is excited to bring her passion for building relationships to the role of Membership Director. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, checking out local breweries, traveling, and going on adventures.
