Brett Craig
Chief Information Officer
Target

Brett Craig is executive vice president and chief information officer for Target and a member of its leadership team. He leads the strategic direction and management of the enterprise technology systems that elevate Target’s guest and team member experience. In this role, Brett is responsible for the company’s technology roadmap and oversees Target’s global product engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data sciences, and architecture teams.

Brett joined Target in 2008 and has held a variety of leadership roles across the company. Prior to his promotion to chief information officer in 2022, Brett was senior vice president of Target’s digital team. He oversaw the site merchandising, digital solutions, product and user experience functions, and led the teams responsible for Target’s differentiated digital shopping experience. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of merchandising capabilities and spent ten years on Target’s technology team. Before joining Target, Brett worked at The Hartford Financial Services Group.

Brett earned his B.S. in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. He currently serves on the board of directors for Baxter Credit Union and Genesys Works.

Jim Graham
SVP, Chief Information & Technology Officer
Prime Therapeutics

As chief information officer at Prime Therapeutics, Jim Graham is responsible for strategic thought leadership in delivering large-scale, complex and innovative technology solutions that enable business growth and deliver differentiating value to clients and members. Core responsibilities include partnering with enterprise leaders to develop, communicate and implement long-range strategic plans; collaborating with business leaders to make the best decisions possible in software, hardware, security, architecture, data, analytics and all aspects of Prime’s technology ecosystem; and providing end-to-end, secure, scalable, current and cutting edge solutions that support Prime’s strategic goals.

With more than 25 years of experience, Graham has a demonstrated ability to lead complex, multiyear projects utilizing a variety of hardware, custom-built or packaged software and large implementation teams. Prior to joining Prime in 2013, Graham served as senior vice president for ING/Voya, developing business and technology strategies and leading transformation initiatives as well as multiple mergers and acquisitions. He also held management roles in the insurance and education sectors.

Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in business computer information systems from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He is a chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant and chartered property casualty underwriter

Rita Khan
Chief Digital Officer
Mayo Clinic

Rita Khan joined Mayo Clinic as the organization’s chief digital officer in January 2020, where she has established the Center for Digital Health (CDH) and leads Mayo Clinic’s enterprise-wide digital strategy.

Before joining Mayo Clinic, Khan served as senior vice president of consumer digital at UnitedHealthcare. She led a team responsible for designing and building digital solutions for providers, employers, and members across UnitedHealthcare’s commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid businesses.

Khan previously served as global vice president of product at Digital River Inc., a provider of ecommerce, payments and marketing services. She also was director of bestbuy.com and director of Best Buy’s direct to business channel. Khan began her career at Target Corporation.

Sri Koneru
SVP, Chief Information Officer
Winnebago

Mr. Koneru has served as Vice President, Information Technology at Winnebago Industries since July 20, 2020. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Mr. Koneru was Area Vice President, IT & Digital Strategy, at Xcel Energy where he successfully led a major ERP rollout across the entire enterprise and the deployment of digital tools to drive business transformation. Prior to his role with Xcel Energy, Sri spent 15 years with Target Corporation in Solution Delivery and Portfolio Management roles, overseeing business process automation, monitoring a key global ERP implementation and translating business strategies into technology roadmaps.

Heather Mickman is the interim CIO at Gap Inc. and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Throughout her career, she has built APIs to unlock enterprise data, created awesome platforms, led Ops organizations, and built supply chain software for Fortune 50 companies. Heather has a passion for technology, building high performing teams, driving a culture of innovation, and having fun along the way. She started her career at Accenture and previously worked at UnitedHealth Group and Target, and received her Bachelor of Applied Science at Macalester College.
