ACE Leadership Welcomes It's 19th Cohort
For nearly two decades, the Minnesota Technology Association has been training technology professionals who are looking to advance into executive-level roles through the ACE Leadership Program. The 19th cohort begins in September 2023 with ACE Leaders representing a broad spectrum of organizations, industries, and roles.
Over the course of six months, this cohort will hear from executive speakers, panels of subject matter experts, and participate in cohort discussions. Day-long seminars include topics such as: knowing yourself and your brand, developing healthy networks, engaging in a broader community, leading leaders, executive communication, and cultivating inclusive organizations.
ACE Leaders are also paired with an executive coach, who currently serves as a senior leader in the technology industry, to help provide individualized approaches on topics covered in the course. Lastly, cohort members participate in a small group strategy-based projects and present to the Minnesota Technology Association Board of Directors.
