DOE supports a diverse portfolio of research by leveraging the small business community to advance the science needed for revolutionary energy breakthroughs, seek to unravel nature’s deepest mysteries and provide the Nation’s researchers with the most advanced opportunities with the potential for commercialization. Consider applying for non-dilutive research funding from the DOE across the spectrum of science and engineering with the potential for commercialization.

The DOE has issued its FY2019 Phase 1 Release 1 funding opportunity with research topics from these offices:

  • Advanced Scientific Computing Research (ASCR)
  • Basic Energy Science s(BES)
  • Biological and Environmental Research (BER)
  • Nuclear Physics (NP)
