Bold Moves: Owning Decisions, Embracing Risk, Pivoting Career Paths, and Leading Authentically
Tuesday, May 19, 2026 • 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Join us for a candid and inspiring executive fireside chat with Kelly Aronson, Anne Finch, and Jena Zangs—senior technology leaders who have navigated complex careers, high‑stakes decisions, and moments of real uncertainty. In this facilitated conversation, these accomplished executives will share what it truly takes to grow, pivot, and lead with conviction when the path forward isn’t clear.
Drawing from their own experiences, Kelly, Anne, and Jena will offer personal perspectives on embracing risk, learning from failure, and owning decisions—especially when outcomes aren’t guaranteed. The conversation will explore career pivots and investments: how leaders recognize when it’s time to change direction, assess risk, and build confidence through transition.
A key theme of the discussion is executive presence and voice. Our speakers will speak openly about finding and using your voice at the leadership table, navigating environments where you may be the only woman in the room, and leading with credibility and authenticity in spaces not always designed for diverse leadership. Expect honest dialogue on self‑advocacy, resilience, and staying grounded under pressure.
Attendees can expect thoughtful insights, practical takeaways, and meaningful dialogue around leadership courage, decision‑making, and the power of showing up fully—especially in moments of discomfort or possible failure. This session is designed for leaders, aspiring leaders, and anyone ready to challenge her/himself, take thoughtful risks, and lead with purpose.
