Mentor Mash is a statewide program designed to connect Minnesota Aspirations in Computing award honorees with technology professionals virtually throughout the summer. Lasting for 8 weeks, this program facilitates meaningful conversations between matched individuals on topics of mutual interest related to tech careers.

This year, we are proud to honor 73 high school and college-bound students from Minnesota for their outstanding achievements in computing! With the anticipation that over half of our MnAiC honorees will seek mentorship this summer, we are actively seeking women technology practitioners to participate in this impactful program.

The commitment involves:

    • Engaging in four virtual sessions, each lasting 45-60 minutes.
    • Program duration: June 17th to August 16th, 2024.
    • Providing feedback through a brief mentor survey upon program completion.
