Through close partnership with business leaders, technology teams, external partners, and functional experts, the Beacon team has helped shift technology from a support function to a strategic growth engine—delivering the foundation for faster decision-making, stronger process control, better data quality, and durable business value.
The program moved from design, prototype, and testing into broad deployment across 2024–2026, with 16 sites already transitioned by April 2026—nearly half of the original 30–35-location scope. The Beacon SAP team’s work reflects a high-accountability culture focused on shared ownership, transparent tradeoffs, and collective decision-making.
