Data Forum: All Things Data Strategy
MnTech Data Peer Forums are quarterly educational forums designed to provide excellent networking opportunities as well as candid discussions around technology issues and industry trends and challenges. Please join your Data peers in a forum for sharing best practices focused on what factors should go into building a strong data strategy. Data leaders will have a collaborative discussion about their journeys for building, using, and leveraging data strategy within their organizations.
Discussion includes (but it is not limited to) the following:

- In building your strategy, how are you thinking about using data as a business competitive advantage?

- How do you demonstrate ROI of your data strategy to non-data professionals?
- How do you engage the business in the process of building a data strategy?
- What are some worst practices of building data strategies? What doesn’t work? What have you seen fail?
The first 15 minutes of the forum is driven by a thought leader from Land O’ Lakes as they share their best practices related to a few of the topics above. The remaining 45 minutes is discussion driven and will be spent in small group breakout rooms so attendees can network, share best practices, ask questions, learn from each other and more. Attendees should come ready to share, learn, and contribute to the peer-to-peer discussion.
