Tech Talent Working Session: Solving Increased Employee Attrition
Please join MnTech’s Tech Talent community on Wednesday, September 29th from 3:00 to 4:00pm (CST) for a working session where we will share best practices, big ideas, and potential solutions in an effort to address our tech community’s talent challenges. Specifically, during this session we will be broken up into several breakout rooms to discuss the increased tech talent attrition rates we’re seeing across Minnesota companies, and increased difficulty for recruiting strong tech talent.
This session is designed for hiring managers, talent acquisition professionals, tech talent staffing firms, and all others responsible for talent within their organizations. Discussion includes but is not limited to the following:
- Remote work and competing for tech talent with the West & East coast companies.
- How are you managing your teams as they see colleagues leaving and new people coming into the organization?
- Companies are increasingly turning to non-traditional pathways (like bootcamps) to recruit more tech talent. How are you shifting and changing your onboarding processes to meet the needs of different types of new hires?
- What are new/best in class recruiting tactics in 2021?
