Beth Elliott

Presentation Summary:
Why do transformation programs fail? People often believe that successful strategies and solutions can be created simply by understanding the needs of users. While that’s a piece of the puzzle, leaders need to account for the broader ecosystem of people in their organizations to drive transformations that stick.

Organizations are inherently human, complex, and riddled with interdependences. Ignoring the problems, pain points, and gaps of the broader organization could spell disaster for your solution. During this session, Beth will discuss a system approach to human-centered design to help you manage risk and design strategies and solutions that work for your users AND your organization.
