Our panelists will share their insights with early stage tech practitioners  regarding the following:

• Getting regular “face time” with leaders and managers looks different right now, how do you continue demonstrating value and elevating your brand as a new technology practitioner?
• Most companies are in crisis mode in light of COVID-19, how do you focus on “survival” while also planning ahead and thinking about your professional development?
• How have the skillsets and needs leaders are looking for shifted over the last 4 months? What are leaders looking for from emerging tech talent that they may not have been looking for before?
• What should you be focusing on this year to ensure your skills and abilities are evolving in a way that matches “the new rules” of being successful in a technology career?
• How do you continue exploring different careers in technology during this “survival mode” atmosphere.

This event is designed for technology practitioners 1-6 years into their technology careers, but all are welcome.  Please bring your questions, passion for networking with peers and senior leaders, and a cold beverage!
