Welcome to our next Tech Careers 1.0 event! We’ll be discussing the art of tracking progress & achievements in your career. You’ll learn from your peers and reflect upon the following questions:
– What should I track and share at my review?
– How do you track your achievements and metrics?
– How do you tie personal and professional goals together?
– What existing experts, tools, or resources already exist to help me with this?
– What specific types of things should I pay attention to?
At this event, you’ll hear from 5 fellow tech professionals/leaders who are in the early-mid stages of their careers. They’ll share their personal systems/methodologies for tracking progress and achievements and best practices they’ve discovered for uncovering personal and professional growth. After speakers share their thoughts and ideas, event participants will have access to blank templates for progress tracking that they can implement in their daily lives. All attendees will walk away from this event with tangible, applicable tips, tricks, skills, and knowledge!
