Please join us at the upcoming town hall for Minnesota technology and tech talent leaders. During the upcoming event we will share data driven insights that illuminate the way Minnesota companies are developing and executing their talent sourcing strategies coming out this unprecedented year. The session is broken down into three parts described below.

Attendees will walk out of the session with the following:

  • Insight into the factors companies are considering as they build out their current talent strategies and as they make decision about remote work.
  • Data that illustrates Minnesota companies current workplace situations.
  • Predictions about the way Minnesota companies will source talent for the foreseeable future.
  • Hear from two Minnesota companies regarding their strategies for recruiting and hiring talent in the coming months.

Part One: Sharing the results of an environmental scan of Minnesota technology-enabled companies and their strategies for sourcing tech talent for 2021 and years to come.  

Part Two: Hearing from Employers and Tech Talent Solution Providers: sharing tangible examples that contextualize the data.

    • What are you hearing from employers as an organization that partners and supports various industries and companies?  
    • What have you been seeing in the tech talent ecosystem over the last few months? What are trends?  
    • Based on what you’re seeing, how are you approaching augmenting staffing for employers?  
    • How can companies leverage solution providers to source diverse talent?  
    • How are you approaching recruiting more diverse contractors?  
    • How have you seen approaches to recruiting vary across the US in 2020 and moving into 2021?   

 

Part Three:  Audience Q & A where participants will have the chance to ask questions about survey results and ask questions of our two speakers from Best Buy and the Latitude Group.
