MHTA — Andrew Wittenborg joined the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association earlier this month and will work on communications strategy and support MCPA’s leadership training activities.
“This opportunity came along quite suddenly but I will continue to back our tech ecosystem,” Wittenborg said. “People – both inside and outside MHTA – have been supportive from the first day I started. There’s a great flow of energy and ideas that helped put Minnesota back in the top 10 of science and technology states.”
Wittenborg said his new role with MCPA is a great opportunity to reconnect with some old colleagues and work on projects vital to our region’s growth.
“Like a lot of things, law enforcement is changing quickly and not just because of technology,” said Wittenborg. “I am looking forward to connecting with chiefs across our region and ensuring they have the information and resources they need to keep our communities as safe as they can be.”
“We’re sad to see Andrew go, and we thank him for his years of great work at MHTA,” said Margaret Anderson Kelliher, President & CEO of MHTA. “We wish him the best in his new endeavors.”
MHTA will be announcing a new Membership Director soon.
